This photo was taken the day Teddy was first taken to the shelter. I saw him yesterday (while with a friend looking for a different dog) and he looks SO MUCH BETTER than this photo! He has now been groomed and all the matted hair is gone. His eyes are bright, ears are clean. He is such a sweet, sweet dog! So friendly and playful. I would have adopted him myself, but I already have a rescued Pug I adopted several months ago with health issues. Teddy seems perfectly healthy and only wants to be loved. Please someone adopt him!!!
